1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

You can cancel your order as long as it has not shipped yet.

To request a cancellation:

  • Email us at contact@2ndindustry.com
  • Include your order number
  • Please submit the request within 4 hours of placing the order

Once the order has shipped, we can no longer cancel it, but you may still request a return after it arrives.

2. Returns for Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If something arrives damaged, doesn’t work as expected, or you received the wrong item, we will take care of it.

How to start a return:

  • Email contact@2ndindustry.com with your order number.
  • We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Send the item back using the label provided.

Return details:

  • Return method: By mail
  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return
  • Return shipping is paid by us
  • We accept returns even if the item has been used
  • We do not charge any restocking fees
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive the item
  • Original shipping costs are refunded (our orders ship free)

3. Returns for Customer Remorse (Changed Mind, Wrong Item, Doesn’t Fit)

If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, we still accept returns.

How to start a remorse return:

  1. Email contact@2ndindustry.com with your order number.
  2. We will email you a prepaid return label.
  3. Send the item back using the label provided.

Return details:

  • Return method: By mail
  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return
  • Return shipping is paid by us
  • Used items are accepted
  • We do not charge any restocking fees
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after the item arrives
  • Original shipping is refunded (our orders ship free)

4. Refund Method

All refunds are sent to the same payment method used during checkout. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to show the refund on your account.
