What is the return policy?
Returns are offered within 30 days after the delivery date. All returns are hassle-free, and free of cost. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@2ndindustry.com. We will supply the return label!
What is the refund process?
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within two business days of the return being delivered.
When will I get my order?
All orders ship within one business day. Most orders will be received within 3-5 business days of shipment, depending on the buyer's location. In the case of certain rare events--such as weather delays--transit times might take longer.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to all U.S. states and territories. We do not offer international shipping.
